Pentland, William Carl "Bill" "Idaho", 68, passed away Friday, June 15, 2012.

Bill was born September 7, 1943, in St. Mary's, Idaho to William and Arlene (Guenther) Pentland. He graduated high school in Libby, Montana and married Carol Clark on November 9, 1963, in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Bill retired as a welder from Case International.

He is survived by his wife Carol of the home; sons Dale Pentland of Haysville, Billy Joe (Rhonda) Pentland and Jeffrey (Donna) Pentland all of Wichita; daughter Brenda (Trenton) Fankhouser of Tulsa, Oklahoma; mother Arlene Pentland of St. Mary's, Idaho; brother Donnie (Connie) Pentland of St. Mary's Idaho; sisters Elsie (Bill) Douglas of Libby, Montana, Betty "Dolly" (Robert) Walsh of Missoula, Montana, Kathy (Wayne) Thorhaug and Bonnie (Ed) Haskins all of St. Mary's, Idaho; 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, brothers David, Ernie, Ronnie and Jimmy Pentland.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 18, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside service at Elmwood Cemetery using the 12th Street entrance on Tuesday, June 19, at 10:30 a.m.
