Fry, Virgil Melvin, Sr., 63, "Jack of all trades", passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010.

Virgil was born November 5, 1947, to William Franklin and Velma Kathern (Wolf) Fry in Monroe, Michigan.

Survivors include his mother Velma Fry of Florida; sons Virgil Jr., and Mark Fry of Augusta; daughters Kathern Fry (Kevin Maness) of Augusta, Terri (Mark) Stingley of Salina and Melody Fry of Augusta. Companion Linda Ausburn and her daughter Michelle of Salina; Ex-wife Linda Evans of Augusta; brothers Elmer Fry of Montana, Glenn Fry of Florida and Harold Fry of Kansas and a sister Pat Ingle of Michigan; 13 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father William Fry; two brothers and three sisters.

Viewing will be held Thursday, December 16, from 1-6 p.m. with family greeting friends at the visitation following from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. both at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established for the Virgil Fry memorial fund in care of the funeral home.
