Velma "Roselle" Watson, 97, died Monday, February 5, 2018 at Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire, Kansas.

She was born January 20, 1921 in Liberal, Kansas to Eural Clinton and Elva Grace (Hall) Grey.  She married Doyne Edwin Watson on March 21, 1941 in Liberal, Kansas.  Roselle was a homemaker. They made their home at the Mesa gas plant at Ulysses, Kansas for most of their married life.

She is survived by her daughters Jo Ellen (Richard) Stiles and Beth Elaine (Gregory) Soelter, both of Bel Aire, Kansas, and Deborah Ann (Lonny) McLinn of Bella Vista, Arkansas; her brother, Jimmie Eural Grey of Wichita, Kansas; 6 grandchildren; 9 great- grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Doyne in 1993; and a sister, Jo Ellen Mumaw.

Cremation has taken place and a private burial will be held in Bixby, Oklahoma at a later date.
