Hartmann, Tollie Jeanenne, 72, retired RAC engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012, at her home.
Tollie was born July 26, 1939, in Salina, Kansas to Wyman and Fae Peterson. She married Steven A. Hartmann on Oct. 17, 1980, in El Dorado, Kansas. Tollie received her AA from Friends Univ., BS from Tabor College and her MA from Webster Univ. After retiring she became adjunct faculty and faculty mentor at University of Phoenix and Southwestern College Professional Studies as affiliate faculty and member of the Professional Studies Academic Council.
Her survivors include her husband Steven of the home; daughter Sara Salyer and her children Wesley and Angela of Puyallup, Washington; son and his wife Timothy and Lindy Sparr and their children T.J. and Lauren of Wichita; daughter Edie and her husband Iwan Ariestanto and their daughter Ella of Wichita; son Scott and his wife Kristi Hartmann of Kansas City, MO.
Tollie was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Monte Peterson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23, at 10:00 A.M. at the Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel.
A memorial has been established with the Sedgwick County Zoo in care of the funeral home.
