Augusta - Thomas Lynn Moore, 73, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015.
Thomas was born on November 16, 1941, to Reed and Eleanor (Bearly) Moore in Wichita, Kansas. He attended UMKC Washburn for Computer Programming. Thomas married Nancy Calhoun on April 10, 1971 in Redland, Texas. Thomas had worked as a Computer Programmer for SanteFe Railroad and Beech Aircraft. He loved golf, macramé and tapeministry for the church. Loved working the Bus Ministry at Johnson County Christian Church.
Thomas is survived by his wife Nancy of the home; sons Wesley and wife Brooke Moore of O'Fallon, Missouri, Rusty Moore of Augusta, Kansas; grandchildren Anna, Jack and Elizabeth Mitchell, Amber Ann Moore, Austin and Jaiden Darrow, and Trevor Magee.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and brother Jerry Moore.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 25th from 3:00-5:00 p.m. with family present at Dunsford Chapel in Augusta, KS. Graveside services will be Monday, October 26th at 10:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta, KS.
The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made to Central Christian Church - Missions Fund, in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
