Terry Ruth Standley, 74, passed away on January 4th, 2025.

Terry was born on February 17, 1950 to William and Elizabeth (Johnson) Murray in Mankato, Kansas.

Terry was first united in marriage to James Standley in 1970, and later remarried on August 12, 1977. They were married for a total of 54 years until her passing.

Terry worked for the Augusta Medical Complex and Southern Care Hospice before retiring. Terry enjoyed sports, especially the Kansas City Chiefs, she loved watching her boys play baseball and basketball.

Terry is survived by her husband, Jim and son, Jeff Standley.

Terry is preceded in death by her parents; her son, James Standley II, sisters Pat and Elaine.

Visitation will be Thursday January 16th from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday January 17th at 2:00 p.m. both at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the Susan B. Allen Cancer Center, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
