Burrows, Shirley, Ann (Nagel), 84, Beechcraft sheet metal riveter and welder, passed away, Saturday, March 20, 2010 at Harry Hynes Inpatient Unit at Via Christi St. Francis.
Shirley was born in Ida, Michigan to Frank and Clara (Charter) Nagel on May 24, 1925. She married Carl Fredrick Burrows in Bowling Green, Ohio on July 11, 1954.
Shirley is survived by her husband Carl of the home; sons David (Delores) Burrows of Augusta and Larry (Debbie) Burrows of Augusta; daughters Linda (Max) Barnaby of Wichita and Beverly (David) Johnston of Augusta; sisters Patty (Jim) Rowe of Grayling, Michigan and Fran (Herm) Kaserman of Cleveland, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Ves and Edward Nagel; sister Mary Freer; granddaughter Shelia Burrows and a great-grandson Justin Barnaby.
Visitation with family greeting friends will be held Wednesday from 6-8 p.m., funeral Thursday at 1:30 p.m. both at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in care of the funeral home.
