Ruth Elizabeth Draper 92, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 in Augusta, Kansas.

Ruth was born on September 20, 1929 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Earl and Somonia (Sanches) Martin.

Ruth was united in marriage to Norman Wise and they built a home in Phillipsburg, KS before moving to Augusta. After his passing she was then united in marriage to William Draper and shared their years together in Augusta. Ruth worked along side her husband Norman as a caretakers of the Sante Fe Lake outside of Augusta, as well as working for Ballinger's Catering and Lehrs Restaurant. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening, shopping, fishing and traveling.

Ruth is survived by her children, Debbie Perry of Tulsa, OK, Nancy Fruechting of Preston, KS, Dean (Toni) Williams of Hays, KS; sister, Mildred Sandoval of Whittier, CA; grandchildren, Shannon (Kave Inanloo) Steinbauer, Joshua Fruechting, Jennifer Fruechting and Zee (Jordan) Fruechting; 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents; and her husbands, Norman and William; brothers, Earl Martin, Okie Martin, Wallace Martin, Arthur Martin; sisters, Minnie Hickman and Agnes Edmonds.

Visitation will be Friday July 8 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday July 9 ^th at 10:00 a.m. both at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta. Burial will follow at the Elmwood cemetery.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the American Alzheimer's Association, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
