Robert Leslie Bence's Obituary
Bence, Robert "Bob" Leslie, 83, passed away, Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at Emeritus Memory Care in Augusta.
Bob was born July 14, 1929, in Wichita to Arthur Edgar and Clara Etta (Beard) Bence. He served in the U.S. Navy and graduated from Wichita State University. Bob retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a rural mail carrier.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother Edgar Bence.
Bob is survived by his brother Mark Bence of Augusta.
A memorial service will be held Monday, October 8, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel.
A memorial has been established with Amedisys Hospice, 2733 West Central, El Dorado, Kansas 67042, or in care of the funeral home.
