Rita Jeanette Wright, 78, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.

Rita was born on June 6, 1939 in Wichita, Kansas to Lawson and Leitha (George) Mullin.  Rita had previously worked at IFR in Aircraft Parts.  She loved to do genealogy research.

Rita is survived by her daughter Karen (Michael) Smith of Wichita; son Kevin Wright of Wichita; 4 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents; sons David and Michael; grandson Jeromy; granddaughter Michelle; great-grandsons Zach and Jayson; brothers Ed, Bill and Gary Mullin.

Visitation will be Friday, February 9th from 5:00-7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will take place on Saturday, February 10th at 10:00 a.m. both at Dunsford Chapel in Augusta.  Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery also in Augusta.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to either LakePoint Nursing Home (Wichita) or Shrine - Plain of Mercy, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
