Richard Eugene Marlnee, 55, passed away, peacefully at home on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Richard was born on Friday, October 2, 1970 in El Dorado, Kansas to John and Casey (Richardson) Marlnee.

Richard worked as a welder for Dustrol for many years, he also worked at the Holly Frontier refinery and was a truck driver for Stands Farm.

Richard enjoyed staying busy with working, hunting, fishing and farming, and working on old ford trucks in his spare time.

Richard is survived by his children, Jayden Marlnee, Dallin Marlnee, Casady Marlnee, Jake Marlnee, and Montana (Priscilla) Ades; many grandchildren; father, John; sister, Shawna (Sam) Sooter; Niece, Samantha Cooper; Nephew Skyler Sooter.

Richard is preceded in death by his mother Casey; and brother, John Michael.

Visitation will be held on Monday June 1st from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday June 3rd at 10:00 a.m. both at the Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta. Burial will follow at the Leon Cemetery.
