Leon - Richard Roy Fritzler, 90, went to his prepared place by the Lord Jesus Christ on June 29, 2015. Richard was born August 17, 1924 in Bison, Kansas. Richard married Betty Maneth on Jan 18, 1954 and later married Virginia Butts on October 23, 1993. Both wives precede him in death. Richard worked for Beechcraft for 30 years as an inspector and later as a farmer for 30 years. He enjoyed playing cards, dancing, going to auctions and working cattle.

Richard is survived by his children, Roanna Fritzler of Wellington, Kansas, William (Stacey) Fritzler of Leon, Kansas, Coryn Fritzler of Wichita, Kansas; best friend and companion Barbara Reeves of El Dorado, Kansas; numerous nieces and nephews as well as his grand dogs, Harley and Jack.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, both wives and sisters Velma, Lena, Edna and Rosey.

Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 1st with family being present from 6-8 p.m. at the Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta. Mass will be at St Johns Catholic Church in El Dorado, Thursday July 2nd at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Green Valley Cemetery in Furley, Kansas.
