Reginald "Reggie" Shields, 87 of Buhler, Kansas, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Sunshine Meadows Retirement Home in Buhler, Kansas. Services will be private.
Reggie Shields was born on August 22, 1927 the son of Elza and Gladys (Lee) Shields in Cleveland Oklahoma. Reggie graduated from the Leon High School in 1945. He was a Forman at Vulcan Materials. Reggie loved to fish and hunt, he was also an avid golfer as well.
Reggie is survived by his siblings: Dona and husband Robert Trostle of Hutchinson, KS, Ronald Shields of Afton, OK, Connie and husband Waldo Lee of Hutchinson, KS, Larry and wife Sally Shields of Brady, TX, Kent and wife Mary Shields of Cleburne, TX, Linda and husband Dan Shreve of Newton, KS.
Preceding him in death are his parents, sister, Betty Evans and Pat Burris.
Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice in Newton, Kansas. Left in care of the Funeral Home.
