Wichita – Rand Albert Ralston, 73, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.

Rand was born on Tuesday, February 25, 1947 in Wichita, KS to Harold Franklin and Lucile Elise (Weiss) Ralston.  Rand had served his country in the U.S. Air Force.  He had previously worked for the DMV as an Instructor.

Rand is survived by his friend/DPOA Gwendolyn Shaver.

Rand is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bradley.
