Wallace, Phyllis Louise (Myers), 84, homemaker, passed away, Monday, March 8, 2010 at Emerald Pointe Nursing Home in Galena, Kansas.
She was born April 15, 1925 in Mulvane, Kansas to Arthur Preston and Gladys Juanita (Keihl) Myers. Phyllis graduated from Augusta High School and married Francis Earl Wallace Jr. on December 22, 1966.
Survivors include her sons James (Leslie) DeLano of Baxter Springs, Kansas, and Thomas Wallace of Montgomery, Texas; daughters Debra Simon, Beaumont, Texas, and Susan (James) Edmiston of Baxter Springs; sister Ruth Green of Parsons, Kansas; many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, spouse and sons Ray Wallace and Craig DeLano.
A memorial graveside service will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta, Kansas, using the 12th Street entrance.
