Peggy Sue Kiger, 61, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021.

Peggy was born on Thursday, July 2, 1960 in Sedan, Kansas to Larry and Sharon Sue (Walker) Coatney.  Peggy worked in Home Health Care.  She loved more than anything to spend time with family and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Peggy had a love for fishing, camping and was rarely seen without her faithful companion Jax.

Peggy is survived by her daughter Elisabeth (Trent) Gunter of Leon; grandchildren Dylon (Kelsey Farner) Walker, Kristen (Ty Lowmaster) Walker and Channing Gunter; great-grandchildren Amelia Walker, Natalie Walker, Tracen Walker and Lincoln Lowmaster; siblings Lori (David) Shields, Jimmy Suttle, Judy (Christopher) Durham, Sandy (Duane) Morris, brother-in-law David Brown, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, her grandmother Betty Doty, great-grandmother Bonita Doty, her sister Cindy Brown, and 2 of her fur babies Lucy and Ethel.

Celebration of Life will be on Friday, November 12 ^th from 5 – 7 p.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the Chautauqua County Animal Shelter, left in the care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
