Jones, Patsy Ann (Scott), 79, of Augusta, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 16, 2014, at the Harry Hynes Inpatient Unit in Wichita, Kansas.

Patsy was born November 10, 1934, to Harold and Nancy Jane (Lawyer) Scott in Augusta, Kansas. She married Arthur Jones, Jr., on May 5, 1950, in Wichita, Kansas. Patsy retired from the Marriott Hotel as a banquet server and bartender. She enjoyed raising goats, mowing, bingo and Powder River Band music.

Her survivors include her husband Art Jones of the home; sons and their spouses, Ron and Frankie Jones of Andover, Kansas and Chester "Chet" and Dianna Jones of Edmond, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Joshua (Jacquie) Jones, Zach (Megan) Jones, Tim Jones and Shelley Seals; great-grandson, Hank Seals.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ted Scott and her grandson, Quintin Jones.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 18, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services in the Dunsford Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 19, at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Dunlap Cemetery, Rose Hill, Kansas.
A memorial has been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in care of the funeral home.
