Patricia Ruth (Plummer) Richey, 94, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

Patricia was born on Monday, December 29, 1930 in a rock farmhouse in Butler County, Kansas to Hugh and Grace (Parker) Plummer.

Patricia was united in marriage to Lawerence E. Richey on June 1st, 1950 in Reno Nevada. They were married for 33 years before Lawerence's passing on December 29th, 1983.

Patricia worked as a nanny and later as a housekeeper for Doctors Martha and Daniel Householder.

Patricia enjoyed writing stories and poems, reading the classics, and listening to classical music. She loved her family and attending the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Patricia is survived by her only child, Julia (Thomas) Bollig; grandchildren, Faith (Brad), Seth, and Abigail; along with 5 great-grandchildren, Caitlin, Gabriel, Aurora, Izzy and Greyson.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and her four siblings, Marylou Stevens, Kenneth Plummer, Charles Plummer and "John" Franklin Plummer.
