Augusta - Norma Jean Hicks, 59, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016.

Norma was born on January 22, 1957, to Robert and Jean (Tomlinson) Logsdon in Eureka, Kansas. She had attended High School and College. Norma married Alvin Lee Hicks on January 22, 1985 in El Dorado, Kansas. Norma had worked as a Cashier at the Andover and El Dorado Dillons. She enjoyed her work.

Norma is survived by her mother Jean Logsdon of Augusta, KS; brother Lee and wife Debbie Logsdon of Wichita, KS; sister Sherri and husband Bob Frey of Wichita, KS; nephew Ryan and wife Beka Logsdon of Wichita, KS; nieces Mandy and husband Tim Stark of McPherson, KS, Sarah Logsdon and fiancé Chris Brock of Wichita, KS.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband Alvin and her father Robert.

Viewing will be on Friday, February 5th from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and visitation with family will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 6th at 2:00 p.m. both at Dunsford Chapel in Augusta, KS. Interment will be at Eureka Cemetery, Eureka, Kansas.
