Michael Wayne Rogers, 66, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Michael was born on Friday, July 19, 1957 in Arkansas City, Kansas to Hurshul and Jaqueline (Westerman) Rogers. Michael worked as a crane operator for many years. Michael enjoyed spending his time fishing, throwing darts, and loved riding his motorcycle most of all.

Michael is survived by his children, Laura Ann Nelson, Aaron Lee Rogers, and Jillian Iris Rogers; grandchildren, Nolan Nelson, Garrett Nelson, and Etieenne Alexander Rogers.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Hurshul and Jaqueline Rogers; and sister, Relda Short.

Viewing will be held on Monday, May 6th from 2-6 p.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 7th at 10 a.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to Homestead of Augusta, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
