Mary Catherine Schmidt, 83, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019.

Mary was born on September 2, 1935 in El Dorado, Kansas to Roman M. and Edith (McHugh) Schmidt.  After graduating from the Olathe Kansas High School for the Deaf; Mary had later worked for Cessna.

Mary is survived by her brother Samuel Schmidt of Manhattan, Kansas; niece Karen Merritt of California; and her guardian Candace Parsons of Augusta.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no services.
