Marion Conrad Alley, 88, peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024.

Marion was born on Thursday, January 9, 1936 in Rose Hill, Kansas to William and Katherine (Berger) Alley.

On April 2, 1961, Marion married Charlene "Kay" Killion and they shared 63 years of marriage.

A graduate of Wichita State University (Wichita, KS), Marion owned Marion Alley Interiors in Augusta for 40 years. After moving to Wichita, he continued his interior design services at Traditions.

He enjoyed drawing detailed home interior plans, drafting cars, and studying the Bible. Marion was also an active member of The First Christian Church in Augusta, Kansas.

Marion is survived by his wife, Kay Alley; daughter, Beth Alley Hilsabeck; son, Dr. Evan Alley; six beloved grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Eric Layne Alley.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 9th at 11 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery, 501 12th Ave., Augusta, Kansas.
