Marie Juanita Alcorn, 94, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Marie was born on August 8, 1923 in Arkansas to H.C. and Addie (Barnhart) Hoover.  Marie had previously worked at Beech Aircraft for 23 years as a sheet metal assembler.  She loved to make quilts and travel.

Marie is survived by her daughter Eileen (Albert) Miller of Augusta, granddaughters Glenda (Bruce) Beaver of Enid, OK and JoAnn Kelso of Broken Arrow, OK; four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Marie is preceded in death by her parents; two husbands and one brother.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 16 from 10:00-12:00 at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta.  Graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Bruno Township Cemetery in Andover.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to either Alzheimer's Association or Breast Cancer Research Foundation, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
