Lynn "Red" Wisener, 86, passed away, Thursday, November 28, 2013, at his home in Rose Hill, Kansas.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 4, at 10:30 a.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 909 South Market in Wichita.
Lynn was born on October 9, 1927, in Gilmer, Texas to John and Lillie Wisener. Lynn married Luella Mae Kleinschmidt on November 8, 1947, in Wichita.
He worked as a manager of facilities at Boeing for many years. He enjoyed working, fishing and was as self trained musician who could play many different instruments. Lynn especially loved spoiling and loving his grandkids.
Survivors include his son, Mark (Vicki) Wisener of Rose Hill; grandchildren, Scott Schroeder, Dana Rhodes, Tara Rodgers, Ty Wisener, Sara Foley, Melissa Hosler and Niki Fraley; 12 great grandchildren,
He was preceded by his parents; spouse, Luella Wisener; daughter, Linda Schniepp; siblings, R.A. Wisener, Justine "Pud" Gossage, Nadine Breazeale, Jewel Breaseale, Leon Wisener and Neal Wisener,
In Lue of flowers a memorial has been established with the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or the Midian Shrine Plane of Mercy.
