Linda K. Knebler, 85, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023.

Linda was born on Saturday, September 17, 1938 in Boscobel, Wisconsin to Charles W. and Adeline B. (Bernhardt) Taylor.

Linda was united in marriage to Lawrence "Tubby" Albert Knebler on April 11, 1969 at St. James in Augusta, Kansas. They were married for 45 years until Tubby passed away in 2014.

Linda had a successful career as a bookkeeper with Sterling Manufacturing and Knebler Construction Company.

In her younger years, Linda had a deep love of horses and riding. She enjoyed reading, putting together puzzles, and watching westerns. Linda always spent much of her time dedicated to family and truly loved watching it grow throughout her life. Spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren filled her days with joy.

Linda is survived by her son, Ricky (Glenna) Bartel; daughter, Cristy Rivers; grandchildren, Bret (Brittany) Bartel, Sara (Christopher) Cowley, Brandon (Kendra) Bartel, Rachel (Noah) Khail; great-grandchildren, Remington, Brooke, Ben, Harper, Haisley, Sawyer and Piper.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Arthur Bartel; second husband, Tubby Knebler; sisters, Barbara Tweedy and Patti Belke; brother, Don Taylor.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 27th from 5-7 p.m.at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 28th at 1 p.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
