Noeller, Leatrice Marie (Owens), 82, passed away Monday evening, August 22, 2011, at Lakepoint of Augusta.

Leatrice was born September 22, 1928, in San Francisco, California to Beauregard and Gertrude (Van Loon) Owens. She married Gus A. Noeller in San Francisco on May 12, 1948, and they moved to Augusta shortly after their marriage. Gus proceeded her in death.

Gus and Leatrice had six children: Steven, Russell, Randy, Gale, Scott and Terry. She worked as a housekeeper and loved to play games. Her competitive nature showed very quickly, even though she did not care whether she won or lost.

She leaves to mourn her passing, sons, Steven (Janette) Noeller, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Russell Noeller, Augusta, Kansas; Randy (Linda) Noeller, Augusta, Kansas; Scott (Cindy) Noeller, Kentucky; daughters, Gale (Douglas) Cation, El Dorado, Kansas; Terry (Rick) Davis, Augusta, Kansas; sister, Mickey Webb, Stockton, California; brother, Mark Owens, Hamlet, North Carolina; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

The family will have a private service to celebrate Leatrice's life.
