Larry Pierce Bentz, 72, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022.

Larry was born on Saturday, July 23, 1949 in Emporia, Kansas to John W. Sr. and Gladys (Harvey) Bentz.

Larry was united in marriage to Deborah Majors on February 6th, 1976. They were married for 46 years until Larry's passing. He worked as a painter for Textron for over 30 years. Larry loved his family, friends, cars, and hunting. He was very proud of his time spent as a Marine.

Larry is survived by his wife Debbie; his sons Ronald (wife Rebekah), Daniel, (wife Ashley); grandchildren Marah Glidden (husband Chris), Ashley (husband Dylan), Mercedes, Micah, Chloe, Nickolas, Cooper, Madilynn, and McKenzie; great-grandchildren Christopher and Dash; his siblings Arzanna Hanna (husband Mike), Rebecca Smith, Debra Pufahl (husband Don), Pamela Reeb (husband Matthew) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents John W. Bentz Sr. and  Gladys L. Spingler; stepfather Stanley J Spingler and brother John W Bentz II.
