Kenneth Lee "Kenny" Plummer, 61, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019.

Kenny was born on Sunday, July 6, 1958 in Wichita to Kenneth Hugh and Doris (Payton) Plummer.  Kenny had worked as a pipe fitter and welder.  He was an accomplished musician and loved to play bluegrass.  Ken's banjo and guitar playing skills, earned him dozens of awards from across the country, over the years.  Although he was sought after by many, to travel and become part of musical groups, he always stayed close to his home of Augusta and humble about his incredible talent.  Kenny enjoyed hunting, fishing and working with scrap metal.  Kenny loved his family very much.

Kenny is survived by his mother Doris Plummer; sons Levi and wife Jennifer Nachbor of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Efrem and wife Misty of Augusta; sisters Teresa and husband Don Overton of Valley Center, Linda and husband Mark Moore of Augusta; grandchildren Grace, Maddie, Sophie, Katlyn, Piercen, Corbin and Camron.

Kenny is preceded in death by his father Kenneth and his son Derrick.

Graveside Service will be on Friday, September 6th at 10:00 am. at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta.
