Kenneth James Cupit, 83, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025.

Kenneth was born on Friday, April 3, 1942 in Wichita, Kansas to Kenneth Robert and Faye Grace (Coleman) Cupit.

Following graduation from WSU, Kenny briefly served in the U.S. Army. He worked for many years at the Texas Department of Transportation until his retirement.

Kenneth was united in marriage to Martha Sue Tiday on November 30, 1978. They were married for 42 years until Martha's passing in 2020.

He and Martha loved to travel, especially to London, England. Kenneth also enjoyed spending his time at the Augusta Public Library and watching sports.

Kenneth is survived by his sisters, Karen (Larry) Austin of Augusta and Linda (Daniel) Shea of Wichita.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents and wife.

The family wishes any Memorial Contributions be made out to the Augusta Public Library, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
