Kenda Cathleen Hatcher of Augusta, Kansas was reunited in death with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 5, 2022. Kenda Cathleen Hatcher's life began Tuesday, June 10, 1958 in Wichita, Kansas to Charles James Boyer SR and Twyla Darlene (Zook) Boyer. Kenda loved sewing, baking, crafting, cooking, spoiling her grandkids and worshiping with her church group. Kenda had many talents and had a huge heart. She loved helping individuals and spending time with her family. Throughout her life, Kenda worked in the fields of school teacher in Oklahoma, security guard in Augusta, Kansas. In her younger years she was a bartender.

Kenda is survived by her mother Twyla Boyer; children Nellie Phillips and KendraLee Hatcher; grandchildren Elizabeth Phillips, Nathan Phillips, Cheyenne and Tarek Hatcher, Alexis and Tristin Hatcher. Charles "Buddy" James Boyer JR of Leon, KS, Francis "Frank" Owen Boyer of Douglass, KS, Eleanor Stacy Reed of Sulphur, LA, Kenneth Raymond Boyer of El Dorado, KS; Francine Kay Einert of Brighton, CO

Kenda is preceded in death by her father Charles Boyer Sr. and son Robert Hatcher Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 12 ^th at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Tabernacle, 1200 Henry St. Augusta, Kansas. Please sign the guestbook when you arrive. We will have a family get together from 12-12:45 to talk about our memories of Kenda. There will be a dinner following the service, all are welcome to come.
