Karen was born on October 18, 1943 in Middletown, Ohio to Clyde Jennings and Helen Ethel (Stubbs) Bailey.  Karen had previously worked as a Manager in the restaurant business and had been retired from Beechcraft working as an Operator.  She loved shopping, working and loved people.

Karen is survived by her children David (Conni) Deaton of Eaton, Ohio, Darrell (Judy) Deaton of Lumberton, Texas, Deborah (Mark Gorsuch) Vizgirda of Franklin, Ohio; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Barry, sister Cheryl Bailey and brother Charles Bailey.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Wednesday December 27th. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27th both at Dunsford Chapel in Augusta. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery also  in Augusta.
