Augusta – Juanita Kay Stebens, 71, passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021.

Juanita was born on Sunday, June 4, 1950 in Hays, Kansas to Leonard Glenn and Vivian Francis (Owens) Eicher.  Juanita had previously worked at BeechCraft as a Riviter.  Juanita loved to garden and make crafts.  She was very spiritual, funny and loved to dance.  Juanita had a very unique and contagious laugh.  Juanita loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Juanita is survived by her son Roger Stebens (Nicole Barnhart) of Liberal; daughters Christina Stebens of Augusta and Jamie Vaughan (Russell Steele) of Augusta; grandchildren Ashley Cook, McKenzie Altamirano, Dylan Vaughan, Jalynn Thomas and Cayden Steele; 3 great-grandchildren; her sister Deanna Mongold; daughter-in-law Betty Stebens; nephews Richard, Mike and Rick Mongold.  Juanita is also survived by her very special YaYa's Sisters.

Juanita is preceded in death by her parents and previous husband Garry Stebens.

Family Held - Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Church of Christ, 3500 N. Ohio Street in Augusta.
