John Lee Sullivan, 66, passed away surrounded by his family on October 21, 2017.

John was born on October 17, 1951 in Independence, Kansas to Donald and Gladys (Welch) Sullivan.  From 1988 to 2017, John owned and operated John's Animal World in Andover.  John was also part of the family business, Subterranean Logging, Inc.  He enjoyed spending time with family at his two favorite destinations - Walt Disney World and Las Vegas.

John is survived by his wife of 30 years, Diane; daughters Lori (Rus) Christy, Becky (Scott) Stewart, Kristi (Jeff) Knapp, Betsy (Blake) Hartje, and Jessica (Andy) Williams; grandchildren Landen, Joshua, Luke, Jack, Sam, Janessa, Grant, and Claire; great-grandson William; and brother Bruce (Kim) Procter.

John is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Gladys, and his sister Donna.

There will be no service.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
