John Michael "Scott" Provorse, 28, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.

Scott was born on Thursday, March 21, 1991 in El Dorado, Kansas to Janet Provorse.  Scott had worked in construction.  He loved to ride bikes and travel to Tablerock Lake.  Scott enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He loved his family immensely, especially his twin brother Ryan.

Scott is survived by his mother Janet Provorse (Bryon Kuhn) of El Dorado; twin brother Ryan, brother Logan and sister Jessica all of El Dorado; grandparents John and Mary Provorse; Aunts Vicki (Joe) Redman, Susan (Pat) Mileham, Pam (Tim) Schelske; and several cousins.

Scott is preceded in death by his great-grandmother Virginia "GG" Provorse and his cousin Shawnee Redman.
