Jeromy Eugene Elam, 40, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2016.
Jeromy was born on August 19, 1975 to Jimmy E. Elam and Karen Wright. Jeromy had graduated from South High School in Wichita. Jeromy had worked as a CNA/CMA. He enjoyed working with the elderly. He loved to fish.
Jeromy is survived by his mother Karen and step-father Michael Smith; sister Michelle Elam of Wichita; grandmothers Rita Wright of Eufaula, OK and Nancy Edwards of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; many aunts, uncles, cousins and step-family members.
Jeromy was preceded in death by his father Jimmy, two nephews and both grandfathers.
Memorial service will be Saturday, August 20, at 3:00 p.m. at the Cedar Chapel UMC, 1140 E. 47th St S. Wichita, KS 67216.
The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made to Cedar Chapel UMC or Charcot-Merie-Tooth Association (CMTA), PO Box 105, Glenolden, PA 19036
