Kellogg, Jeffrey, Ray, 51, Westar Energy foreman/lineman, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012.

Jeff was born July 8, 1960, in Washington, Kansas to Gene and Joy (Choate) Kellogg. He graduated from Andover High School and married Ginger Lynn Blake on October 16, 1982, in Wichita. Jeff loved the outdoors along with fishing and hunting.

Survivors include his wife Ginger of the home; son Justin Kellogg and daughter Kaycee Kellogg both of Arkansas City; parents Gene and Joy Kellogg of Andover; brothers Richard (Teresa) Kasper of Garden City, Kansas; Brian Kellogg of Augusta; sister Brenda Haylor of Wichita; sister-in-law Christa Kellogg of Augusta; and a granddaughter Breann Kellogg.

Jeff was preceded in death by his brother Douglas Kellogg.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 5, at 10:00 a.m. at Central Baptist Church, 7421 SW Church Road in Augusta. A graveside service will follow in the Benton Cemetery in Benton, Kansas.

A memorial has been established with the Cowley County Humane Society, 7648 222nd Road, Winfield, Kansas 67156 or in care of the funeral home.
