Andover – Irwin "Dean" Foy, 82, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020.

Dean was born on August 18, 1937 in Wichita, Kansas to Robert and Irene (Kistler) Foy.  He graduated from Wichita West High School in 1955 and served his country in the Air National Guard from 1954 to 1963.  Dean was an award winning nature photographer at Yellowstone National Park, Sedgwick County Zoo and the Wichita Area Camera Club.

Dean is survived by his friends Barry Wood and wife Denise Burkholder of Towanda, Kansas.

Dean is preceded in death by his parents.

Private service will be held at a later date.
