Hazel Marie Mauk, 104, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020.

Hazel was born on Saturday, September 23, 1916 in Douglass, Kansas to John and Ruth (Banfield) Cody.  She married Russell "Bud" Kenneth Mauk on March 24, 1934 in El Dorado, KS.  Hazel was a homemaker all her life

Hazel is survived by her children son Rusty (Kim) Mauk of Pueblo, Colorado; daughters Patricia Grisham of Omaha, Nebraska and Rita Morgan of Augusta; three grandchildren Kimberly, Kent and Shon; five great-grandchildren Alex, Kali, Taylor, Cody and Will.

Hazel is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Russell "Bud" in 2010.

Private family service will be held at a later date.
