Harold Eugene Woolery Sr, 69, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, August 7, 2022.

Harold was born on Sunday, May 3, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas to Harold H. and Vearlie (Stone) Woolery. Harold was united in marriage to Debbie Radford on 09/05/1981 in Augusta, KS. Harold worked as a mechanic for 40 plus years. He owned his own automotive shop including starting one with his son, Harold Jr.

Harold enjoyed riding motorcycles, dirt track racing, going to every gun show he could find, giving his wife Debbie a hard time, and spending time with his grandkids. He would always have a sweet tea nearby and no sleeves to be found on his shirts. He was an extremely hardworking and humble man. Harold was a man you could count on to be there for you no matter the time of day or situation. He was stubborn as a bull, but he became a teddy bear for his grandkids.

Harold is survived by his wife Debbie Woolery, father Harold H. Woolery, sister Barbara Woolery, sister Loralee Bannon, sister Caralee Machado, brother Bill House, son Harold Jr (Brooke) Woolery, son James (Breann) Woolery, daughter Jenee Woolery (Jeremy Mardis), son Caleb Lyman (Brenda Garza), son Daniel (Shannon) Lyman and 11 grandkids, Elliana, Harold III, Charlotte, Xoie, Saydie, Masyn, Cash, Haileigh, Rory, Trevyn, and Brycen.

Harold is preceded in death by his mother Vearlie Williams, sister Sandy Wilson, and grandson Quinten Mardis,

Harold requested to have a celebration of life as opposed to a formal funeral in the event of his death. We will be having a celebration of life 08/20/2022 at The Flutterbye Ranch, 1001 SW 140th, Leon, KS 67074. Come and go from 3:00pm to 6:00pm to give condolences, visit, and share your memories of Harold with our family. A BBQ dinner will follow starting at 6:00pm. There will be appetizers and nonalcoholic beverages available throughout the evening.
