Frank Oliver Mitchell, 62, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023.

Frank was born on Sunday, August 20, 1961 in Ruislip, England to Clyde Willie Sr. and Shirley (Edwards) Mitchell. Frank was united in marriage to Tammy Burks on February 17, 1990. They were together for 33 years until Frank's passing.

Frank proudly served his country as a member in the United States Airforce. Frank worked as a metal salesman for over 30 years. Frank enjoyed playing golf and fishing with his grandkids and best friend Henry Espinoza. Yearly, he would jump off the bridge at El Dorado Lake.

Frank is survived by his spouse, Tammy Mitchell; children, Gayla and James Hewitt of Harrah, OK, Amy and Kevin Crowell of Wichita, KS, and David Shumake of Augusta, KS; 6 Grandchildren, Corbin, Talin, Austin, Brent, Kylee and Bentley; Sisters, Debbie Ibarra of Wichita, KS and Jackie Mitchell of Roseburg, OR; Brother, Paul Mitchell of Kansas City, KS; Nephews, Juan Ibarra, Inocente Ibarra Jr., Ryan Mitchell, and Josh Mitchell; Nieces, Rosa Ibarra, Margarita Ibarra, and Jessica Mitchell; and a host of many other nieces, nephews, and friends.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents and brother Clyde Mitchell.

If there ever comes a day when we can't be together, keep me in your heart, I'll stay there forever.
