Floyd Keith Reed Jr., 75, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2023.

Floyd was born on Monday, May 2, 1948 in El Dorado, Kansas to Floyd Keith Sr. and Geneva May (Burns) Reed.

Floyd worked as a custodian and then a sheet metal cutter for Beechcraft for over 34 years. Floyd enjoyed spending his time chasing storms and weather watching, painting, listening to music, talking with people, and going to as many sporting events as possible.

Floyd is survived by his brother, Stephen (Julie) Reed; nephews, Caleb Reed, David Young, and Jacob Reed; nieces, Sarah Levels, Caressa Potter, and Grace Chaffee; and many great-nephews and great-nieces.

Floyd is preceded in death by his parents Floyd Sr. and Geneva; grandparents, Jack & Leoria Burns and John & Gertrude Reed; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Dick Young.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 12 ^th , 2023 from 10-11 a.m. at Dunsford Funeral Home of Augusta.

Funeral Service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, May 12 ^th also at Dunsford Funeral Home.
