Hendrix, Euwell, A. "Bud", 72, passed away, Wednesday, January 23, 2013.

Bud was born June 22, 1940, to William Austin and Willa Mae (Rush) Hendrix in Melbourne, Arkansas. He married Doris Joann Wright on January 15, 1960, in Douglass, Kansas. He worked for Rodeo Meats in Arkansas City as a meat cutter. One of Bud's favorite hobbies was genealogy.

His survivors include his sons, Buddy (Michelle Starkey) Hendrix of Arkansas City, Bill (Tammy) Hendrix of Derby, daughters, Belinda (Gary) Trobaugh of Winfield, Colleen Hendrix (Johnnie Higgins) of Ponca City, Oklahoma; brother, Lee (Jan) Hendrix of Sioux Falls, SD; sisters, Willie (Jim) Cook and Betty Roberts all of Augusta; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; spouse; and a sister Roberta Mahaffey.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013, from 12:30-2:30 with funeral services following at 2:30 both at Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta. Interment will follow in Douglass Cemetery in Douglass, Kansas.

A memorial has been established with Harden Hospice in care of the funeral home.
