Estefanita Peralta, 97, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

Estefanita was born on March 18, 1921 in Alameda, New Mexico to Jose and Rojeria (Tafoya) Caetano-Gurule.  Estefanita was united in marriage to Florentino Peralta on January 22, 1969 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Estefanita enjoyed crocheting, arts and crafts and painting.  She was an excellent cook and loved her family very much.

Estefanita is survived by her daughter Jenny and husband Darryl Klaassen of Newton; granddaughter Larissa and husband Dustin Fussell of Park City; great-granddaughter Amelia Fussell; her brother Augustine and wife Judy Gurule of California.

Estefanita is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and siblings Josedomingo, Moises, Jesus, JoseDeluz, Viola, Elena and Epifanio.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 25th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Dunsford Funeral Home.

Rosary will be on Tuesday, February 26 ^th at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church in Augusta.  Funeral mass will follow.  Interment will follow the mass at Calvary Cemetery, also in Augusta.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the St. James Catholic Church, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
