Elza "Allen" Tong, 80, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2023.
Allen was born on Wednesday, November 25, 1942 in Leon, Kansas to Frances Floyd and Willie Marie (Hollis) Tong.
Allen is survived by his of 50 years, Beverly D. Tong; daughter, Kamala Marie O'Donnell; sister, Willie Marie Ullum; 2 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 100's of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Allen is preceded in death by his parents.
