Eleanor Goldsmith, 88, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

Eleanor was born on Wednesday, July 18, 1934 in Plattsburg, Missouri to George and Lucille (Hartzell) Owen. Eleanor was united in marriage to Curtis Goldsmith on September 23, 1956. Eleanor was a seamstress and owned Jacks Men's Wear with her husband, in Augusta for many years. Eleanor enjoyed sewing, making candy, and gardening her flowers, she was a very service minded person, taking care of people when she could. She loved her grandchildren most of all.

Eleanor is survived by her daughters, Cindy (Gary) Nickel and Laura (Ernie) Debruler, both of Augusta; grandchildren, Daniel (Motahareh) Nickel, Justin (Nicole) Nickel, Matthew (Melina) Fulks, Sarah (Dustin) Claassen, Jacob Goldsmith, Catherine Goldsmith, Eric (Ashley) Debruler, and Jason Debruler; 14 great grandchildren.

Eleanor is preceded in death by her parents; husband, and son, Mark Goldsmith, brother Charles Owen and sister, Marjorie Sundberg.

Graveside services will be Monday October 17 ^th at 2:00 p.m. at the Elmwood Cemetery of Augusta, new addition.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to Interim Hospice, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
