Curtis Wayne Roby, 72, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017.

Curtis was born on August 25, 1944, to Owen and Dovie (Byrd) Roby in Kansas. Curtis  married Jena Fitzmaurice on August 18, 2012.  Curtis had worked with the handicapped as well as in construction.  He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Curtis enjoyed building things, painting and drawing and loved his family very much.

Curtis is survived by his wife Jena of the home; sons, Bryan Roby of Mulvane, Jason and wife Kristina Roby of Augusta; stepchildren, Calissa Collier and Chathen Collier both of El Dorado; sister Rochelle and husband Steve Garrison of Sturkie, Arkansas; grandchildren, Ashley, Payne, Bryanna and Braden.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Joann Burke, Mary January, Ray Roby, Shirley Dunn, Lyndal Roby.

Memorials may be made out to VFW post 3115, and left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
