Cindy Jean Hevier, 56, passed away on Friday, December 7, 2018.

Cindy was born on August 26, 1962 in Pratt, Kansas to Fred and Venora (Lampe) Mease.  Cindy had worked as a special education teacher for Andover High School.  She enjoyed working in her flower bed as well as teaching.  She loved her family very much.

Cindy is survived by her husband Patrick Hevier; father Fred Mease of Pratt; sons James (Amber) Christians and Brent Hevier both of Augusta; sister Karla (Scott) Hahn of Wichita; grandchildren Johnny and Greyson; and her nieces Emma and Ellie.

Cindy is preceded in death by her mother and her sister Rhonda.

Memorial service will be on Thursday, December 13 ^th , at 11:00 a.m. at the Dunsford Funeral Home in Augusta.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to the American Diabetes Association, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
