Christine Jennifer Hazard, 31, passed away on October 14, 2017.

Christine was born on October 22, 1985 in San Diego, California, to Brian and Marie (Chartier) Richards.  On December 19, 2004, Christine married Mike Hazard in San Diego, California.  Christine was a housewife.  She was a military spouse and loved to hang out with her friends.  Christine loved adventures, football, baseball and was very athletic.

Christine is survived by her husband Mike and daughter Maddisyn of the home; father Brian Richards of San Diego, CA; mother Marie (Paul) Arena of San Diego, CA; step-father John (Cecilia) Byrne of Oklahoma City, OK; siblings Joshua Richards of Trinity, CO and Jamie Byrne of Oklahoma City, OK; aunts Irene Chartier of Santee, CA and Leona Muller of Belleview, WA.

Christine is preceded in death by her grandparents.

Rosary Service will be on Wednesday, October 18th, at 7:00 p.m. at Dunsford Chapel in Augusta.  Memorial Service will be on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 1012 Belmont Avenue, Augusta, KS.

The family wishes Memorial Contributions be made out to Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, left in care of the Dunsford Funeral Home.
