Bonnie was born on August 26, 1931, in Latham, Kansas. She entered Eternal Life on May 15, 2022 at the age of 90. Bonnie was the oldest of four children born to Harold and Cleo Tharp. She married Charles A. Selvage on May 21, 1950 in Augusta. They had four children; Ferrell Selvage (Jackie Adams), Blane (Tina) Selvage, Kelly Gudde (John), Brenda Gould (John). Three grandchildren; Morgan, Tyler, and Dylan Jarvi. Four great-grandchildren Mason, Madyson, Ensley, and Karter Jarvi. Bonnie was a homemaker and also worked at Mobil refinery for a number of years. She was a best friend, great cook, and enjoyed family get together. She loved her family dearly and loved spoiling her grandchildren.

Bonnie is proceeded in death by both her parents; husband Charles of 46 years; son Blane; brothers Jim and Mike Tharp; and stepfather John Novak.

Bonnie is survived by her children Ferrell, Kelly, and Brenda; sister Mary Cochran (Fletcher); stepbrother Johnny Novak (Carol); Rhonda Lawrence; Theresa Turner (Jim); numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
