Paul, Billie Jean (Noe) 70, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012.

Billie was born November 4, 1941, to William and Ida (Hayes) Noe in Iowa City, Iowa. She married Delmer J. Paul on June 12, 1970, in Mason City, Iowa. Billie received her Associates degree as an Arts Major from Butler County Community College.

Survivors include her sons John (Donna) Paul of Chandler, Arizona, Timothy Paul, David (Sheila) Paul, Mickael (Stephanie) Paul all of Augusta, Brian Paul of Chandler, Arizona; daughters Diana (Alan) Kuntz of Rockford, Illinois and Carol Gallo of Augusta; brother Mario Gallo of Albuquerque, sisters Josephine (Jesse) Jimenez of Albert Lee, Minnesota, Maggie Graham of Mason City, Iowa, Beatriz (Phil) Ray and Mercedes Cantu all of Des Moines, Iowa; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Billie was preceded in death by her parents; step-father Joseph G. Gallo; spouse; brothers Julian and Edward Gallo; great-granddaughters Jenna Standefer and Daytona Robertson.

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 10, at 10:00 a.m. at The First Church of the Nazarene, 117 West Sixth Avenue in Augusta.
